How it works

Six steps.About a week.

You keep your number: your existing line diverts to the receptionist, so callers ring the number they already have. Most of the week is the providers' checks and you approving the facts. Our part is about three hours of your time.

  1. A 15-minute chat

    On the phone or a screen-share. You tell us how calls go wrong today. We tell you plainly whether this will help, and what it will cost to run for your call volume.

  2. Accounts opened together, about an hour

    On a screen-share. We open the Twilio number and the xAI account in your name, on your card, with spending limits set. Twilio's business checks take one to three working days.

  3. Built from your website and a short form

    Hours, areas, services, what counts as urgent, what it must never say. You approve every fact before it says a word to a customer.

  4. Test calls together, then go live

    We ring it as awkward customers and fix what it gets wrong. When you are happy, your existing line diverts to it and it starts answering.

  5. Handover pack

    Logins in your name, a one-page how-to, the greeting and FAQ editor, and a what-to-do-if-it-stops guide. Calls forward to your mobile automatically if it ever goes down.

  6. Fourteen-day check-in, then we remove our access

    We review the calls with you, tidy the greeting, and then it is yours alone. Hourly help exists if you want it.

  • Business details and the Companies House number if you are a Ltd.
  • An authorised person to open the accounts and sign.
  • A card for the providers Twilio and xAI bill it directly, usually £15 to £35 a month.
  • Your transfer number and hours where urgent calls go, and when.
  • Your FAQs and prices or just your website; we draft the FAQs and you correct them.
  • A privacy notice we supply the wording for your site.
  • ICO registration most small firms pay £52 a year; we point you to the form.

If it ever stops, calls forward to your mobile automatically, you get an alert email, and the one-page guide tells you what to check. AI can make mistakes, which is why we review your calls in the first two weeks.
