Draft, for solicitor review

This page summarises the set-up agreement you sign. If they differ, the signed agreement applies.

What we do

We set up an AI receptionist on accounts opened in your name (Twilio and xAI, plus a server where one is needed), build it from your website and the facts you approve, test it with you, hand over the logins and guides, and check in after fourteen days. What is included is listed on your quote.

What it costs

A one-off set-up fee, shown on your quote. Running costs are billed to you by the providers, not by us; we estimate them in writing before you start. There is no monthly fee to us and no contract beyond the set-up. Hourly help is separate and optional.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate facts, and approve the greeting and FAQs before go-live. The receptionist says what you approved.
  • Keep a valid card on the provider accounts and keep your privacy notice up to date (we supply the wording).
  • Leave the questions that need a person to a person. The receptionist takes messages and puts urgent calls through; it does not give advice or quote prices unless you ask it to.

Our responsibilities

  • Set it up as described, test it with you, and fix faults we caused during the fourteen-day check-in at no charge.
  • Remove our access at handover and keep no copies of your recordings.
  • Be honest about limits: AI can make mistakes. We review your calls in the first two weeks, and we never claim it will catch every call.

Liability

To be confirmed with our solicitor. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Cancelling

If you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you fourteen days to cancel from the day you sign; the model cancellation form is at /cancel/. Whether or not those rules apply to you, we offer a voluntary fourteen-day change-of-mind refund of the set-up fee, less any provider costs already spent on your behalf. After go-live there is nothing to cancel: the accounts are yours, and you can stop using them whenever you like.
