Not a course about AI. A session in your office or on a screen-share, with your inbox, your files, your diary and your jobs open, doing your actual work with the receptionist, the bots and Claude until it feels normal.
For the owner and the team
The owner first, because the decisions about what the AI is allowed to do are theirs. Then whoever runs the office day to day. Short sessions, more than one if needed, and a written one-page how-to for each thing you learned.
What people leave able to do
Ask the bots for what they need. Approve, edit or bin a draft in seconds. Give Claude a job and get the document back in their own voice. Change what the receptionist says. Know what to do if something stops.
So you are not dependent on us
The point of the training is that you run it without us. We hand over the logins, the guides and the habits, check in once, and then it is simply yours.
