Office AI integrations

Everythingjoined up.

The receptionist, the bots and Claude working together, inside the tools you already have. It starts with a day in your business.

A call becomes a job. A job becomes a quote.

The whole office, joined up

The receptionist on the phone. The bots in the inbox, the diary and the files. Claude for the writing and the thinking. A CRM where one is needed, either Google's own tools, which every business can use, or Always Building's bespoke one. Each piece hands work to the next, so a call becomes a job, a job becomes a quote, a quote gets chased.

It starts with a day in your business

David spends a day with you, watching how the work actually moves: who rings, what gets typed twice, where the paper piles up, what waits for you. The plan comes from that, not from a brochure.

Built around how you already work

No new system to learn. The AI sits inside the tools you have, with your sign-ins, and does the parts that were eating your day. You stay in charge of what goes out.

What it costs, and what it saves

A few thousand pounds, one-off. No subscription, no monthly fee to us, none of the usual. The running costs are the providers' own, on your accounts. In David's own businesses, rerouting the routine work to AI bots has freed the people to do the work that matters; his experience is that an office of around ten can save over £100,000 a year in time, with the set-up taking a few days. How much yours saves depends on yours, which is what the day with you is for.

Any business

A window company. A haulier with a crane lorry. A spa. A surgery or a dental practice. A shop. A plumber, an accountant, a solicitor. If the owner's time is being eaten by the phone and the paperwork, this is for them.

  1. A 15-minute chat

Enough to see whether a day with you is worth both our time.

  2. A day with your business

David in your office, or on the road with you. He maps where the time goes and what to hand over first.

  3. A written plan

What gets set up, in what order, what it runs on, and what it costs. Priced per business; no monthly fee to us.

  4. Set up, piece by piece

The receptionist first, usually, then the bots, Claude and the CRM. Each one tested with you before the next.

  5. Training, then it is yours

You and your team run it. We check in, then step back.
